Efficient fuel transfer from storage tanks to dispensing pumps is critical for reliable station operations and accurate fuel delivery. Aging or inefficient suction line systems can lead to flow inconsistencies, operational downtime and maintenance challenges.

LSM International Ltd was engaged by PUMA Energy Tanzania Ltd to upgrade the fuel suction line system at the Ngaramtoni Retail Service Station. The objective of the project was to improve system efficiency, ensure reliable fuel flow and enhance overall operational performance.

The project involved redesigning the suction line configuration to optimize fuel flow from underground storage tanks to dispensing pumps. New pipeline systems were installed using high-quality materials to ensure durability, leak prevention and compliance with fuel handling standards.

Following installation, the system was fully commissioned and tested to verify performance, integrity and operational reliability. The upgraded system ensured smooth fuel delivery and improved station efficiency.
