LSM International Ltd was assigned to upgrade a fuel system piping line at PUMA Energy Ngaramtoni Retail Service Station from the underground fuel storage tanks to the dispensing pumps.

Scope of Work:

• Dispensing pumps suction lines redesigning
• Fitting of new pipeline system
• System commissioning and testing
• Project handover

TAZAMA Pipeline Ltd owns and operates a 1,710km long crude oil pipeline running from Dar-Es-Salaam Tanzania to Indeni Refinery in Ndola, Zambia. LSM International Ltd was a local company engaged by First PetroChemical Ltd of Oman to install chemical injection skids at seven stations along the pipeline.

Scope of Work:

• Inspection of imported Skids
• Training of the Skid system to TAZAMA staff
• Installation and testing of Skids
• Project hand over

BP Tanzania (Now PUMA Tanzania) has an Aviation Depot at Mwanza Airport serving local and international airlines. LSM International Ltd was assigned to design the forecourt and perform concreting works.

Scope of Work:

• Forecourt designing and site preparation
• Material Acquisition
• Casting of concrete bed

Dar es Salaam is one of the biggest airport located in the in Tanzania. LSM International Ltd was performed the work of upgrading the electrical switchgear to enhance reliability, safety and performance with minimum investment and operational downtime.

Scope of Work:

• Comprehensive site survey and controls system evaluation to verify existing conditions and provide a complete design
• Completion of the controls upgrade design for the switchgear and control panels.

BP Tanzania (Now PUMA Tanzania) has an Aviation Depot at Mwanza Airport serving local and international airlines. LSM International Ltd was assigned to design the forecourt and perform concreting works.

Scope of Work:

• Forecourt designing and site preparation
• Material Acquisition
• Casting of concrete bed

Mwanza is one of the biggest airport located in the Lake Zone in Tanzania. LSM International Ltd was assigned to design, fabricate, install and commission of Jet A1 above ground fuel storage tank at Bp Tanzania Mwanza Airport.

Scope of Work:

• Supply of all pipes and fittings including valves
• Installation and fabrication work
• Transportation of pumps and installation
• Calibration of tank and pump.
• Fabrication and installation of pump sheds

BP Tanzania (Now PUMA Tanzania) has an Aviation Depot at Mwanza Airport serving local and international airlines. The goal of the project was to upgrade the fueling apron to meet current and future demand for aviation gasoline and jet-A fuel.

Scope of Work:

• Removal and disposal of an existing underground fuel piping network and three remote aircraft fuel dispensing stations.
• Both systems also allow single point (bottom load) fueling
• The unloading area includes remote fill boxes, control stations, level monitoring equipment, and emergency fuel shutoff switches.
